Return a Zara parcel with Collect+ delivered by Yodel

How do I return a Zara order?

To make a start returning your Zara order, you’ll simply need to head over to the Zara website.

1. If you’re a registered Zara user, you can login with your username and password and follow the return request process from the Zara order details screen.

2. If you made your purchase as a guest, you can request a refund by clicking on the link that appears in any of the emails Zara have sent you about your order.

After following the above steps, all you need to do is selected ‘Yodel by InPost’ as your preferred drop off location. You should then receive an email containing your returns QR code or barcode which can be used to print your label in-store

Next, head to any of our thousands of Yodel Stores, show the shopkeeper your unique Yodel by InPost QR code or barcode. They’ll then print your label and attach it to your parcel ready for our friendly neighbourhood couriers to collect.

At your local Yodel Store, you’ll be provided with a receipt which contains your unique tracking code, so you can track your parcel every all the way back to Zara. You can even enter the code into the tracking tool at the top of this page or use our Yodel by InPost app, available for iOS and Android to make things even easier.

What is the Zara return period?

You’ll need to return your Zara item(s) within 30 days from the shipping date, before the return period expires.

What is the Zara return policy?

The Zara return policy is easy & straightforward. The key aspects of this include:

  • If you don’t have the original packaging of your Zara items, you can still return the items using other packaging that fits within our size guidelines & dimensions, and is sealed correctly
  • Items must be in perfect condition
  • It can take up to 14 days to receive a refund
